In any system, the amount of drama is proportional to the percentage of females. The misc is declining as more and more posts are from females. Their drama pervades and many men lose interest.

I lurked for years and years and just established an account. That brought me here way more often than when I was lurking. However, the manufactured drama is sometimes overwhelming...

Suicide discussion/mentioning suicide should be allowed. Burying it in a forbidden box and treating it like it doesn't exist doesn't get rid of the problem. It should be open and discussed. It's healthier to acknowledge it and discuss how it can be curved.

Agree. Was on another forum for a long time that actually stopped allowing new members at one point because it was so busy. Like all forums traffic has dropped off. Then about a year ago they changed the board to something "better", but most of us OGs hate it. Almost never go there anymore.
