Through the many ups and downs this year has brought upon us, we must remember that any day above ground is a good day. Why? Because it gives you another opportunity to turn your sh*tty life around.
And whenever you feel like you've lost something or someone you've loved so dearly, just remember that it's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything.
Happy New Years Misc Bros. We're all gonna make it.

OP don't rep me, obviously. Just contributing.
Excerpts from Paul Taylor's Esplanade....when it opened, critics laughed at how the entire piece was dancers walking, holding hands, sometimes an entire movement without touching, and then culminating with them throwing themselves on the ground. Prior to this piece, choreography in American ballet and modern dance was complicated, theatrical, and just....'heavy.' Paul Taylor made dances with pedestrian movement. That is, movements any average Joe from the street could perform, that anyone could pick up and just do, with their friends.
As you watch the dancers, they run, lean, toss, and throw themselves onto the ground, but without drama. They're tossing themselves about as that's what the choreography is; They were told to throw themselves down and get the fukk up, ASAP. Then do it over and over again. Did you see the part where those women launched themselves into the air, and the men caught one another? Looks like a solid partner and friend to me!
The piece ends with one dancer looking about as if to say "where did my frands go?" And then in a moment, she realizes it doesn't matter. She picked her ass up off the ground, welcomes the audience to her life as if to say bring it on, my dawgie.
Well, that's life son. Life will fukk you up over and over again. You can either listen to some Beethoven and feel that heavy, German chord linger over the rest of your life or you can throw on some Bach and throw yourself at a friend to pick you back up. And if they don't? Who cares. You had it inside of you all along. You've got this.
TL;DR - We're all gonna make it, brah, with a little help from my friends

I always try to remember;
'Progress, not perfection.'
I try to tell people this when they aren't able to see what they've achieved so far and when they're upset they are not hitting their goals as quick as they'd like!

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
