basic bish checking in.

i have a 2 year old pair of stan smiths i bought while blackout drunk cuz adidas store next to bars. they look brand new because i wore them maybe 5 times.

they are very comfy and look nice, but i always think i look like a 14 year old sloot even though no one cares. maybe i'll wear them more this summer.

as for sales, adidas has been keeping the lights on with their classics that are always selling (basic sneakers & classic sweatsuits)...add a couple celebrity endorsements, yeezy, pharrell, etc. and they will do fine.

sales wise, nike is still king (just lol at ******* above), and adidas is far away (in the US), but inching closer. lol at UA.

They're still in business because their casual shoes are well-designed and comfortable. I've been a Nike/Jordan person for a long time, but some of the shoes Adidas been coming out with have me thinking of buying a few pairs. The Tubular Shadows, for example. Nice minimalist style, great price point. Just needs boost.
i like these a lot, but mostly because it goes well with the pants in that pic
Were they supposed to wear them with pants that didn't match??? I'm confused.
what about these nikes? ton of colorways in this:

[img]https://www.sneakerfiles.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/nike-flyknit-racer-multicolor-2.0-on-feet-4.jpg[/g]
I had to neg you for using the term "colorway". thats for cringey hypebeasts on youtube and reddit. there is not one person on planet earth that would be confused by someone saying "Adidas/Nike just came out with their low top in a new color for spring". No, but hypebeast *******s feel like they're adding swaggytime to their speech by saying "color way" 500 fuking times.

also no that huge black swoosh on the side of the shoe looks like chit, regardless of what color or style it comes in.
