18 year-old (18) - Basically a necessity. It's not just for the sex. People are not putting into account that enough studies have shown that prolonged periods of not having face-to-face contact with another human being will literally drive you insane and deteriorate your mental capacity. Books and movies will only do so much.

You need the girl because you'd go insane being by yourself in a basement for 10 years. Need food obviously. Hygiene products (can't go without soap, shampoo, razors, toilet paper etc). Gym - stay healthy and come out jacked after the 10 years. Tv - need some entertainment and you can also watch the news and see what's going on in the outside world

I am introverted, being stuck with someone for ten years would be worse than chilling by myself, so sloot is off the menu.
Need food to stay healthy and strong.
Kitchen - 6 points

Pretty sure I would need this (26 points):
Gaming Computer - 6
Internet - 16
Games - 4
Pretty much my hobby right now - gaming and doing stuff on my computer (i am a programmer). I could pass a loooot of time with these, especially if I know i'm banking 1mil a year. The weird thing is it restricts streaming, which i guess is to make the tv/movies option more attractive.
Unfortunately this leaves only 4 points left, so its kind of rough. I suppose i have to eat so i'd add in fast food even though that would suck ass eating it for 10 years straight (but it does include chipotle and you can probably snag salads and stuff from certain chains). Not sure why you exclude chick-fil-a because there are fast food chains that are just way better than that. We're basically talking anything with a drive though - so that would be starbucks too.

This list is kinda dumb. you have to spend points on some type of food and sunlight or you'd die pretty fast. $10mil is definitely not worth it.
