eat better and do more volume and rest more. get a good workout in, don't just go through the motions.
i can further optimise it 100% but its not like im eating chips and ice cream all day. i admit i slack off a bit but its hard to eat 4k calories of clean stuff. the key word is a bit, maybe 500-1000 cal is crap

I think you are on the right track by questioning your lifestyle. Try everything you can to raise test naturally. I'd recommend Zinc and celery seeds tbh. If all else fails, ask a doc for TRT, tell him you are depressed and want to off yourself but don't want MAOIs

Nothing can be lacking if you want to look decent in a reasonable amount of time. What you most likely aren't doing is eating enough protein, slacking on diet or not lifting with enough volume and lifting until failure. And 225 is not a good bench for your bodyweight. If you want to look big you are going to have to be doing 225 for reps.

When you say you bench 225 is that your 1RM?

A 225 bench is not that good compared to your 175 ohp. For instance my bench 1rm is almost 2x my ohp.

Not fapping at all can cause problems too, unless you fuk 2 times a week every week, which is impossible without a gf.

Unless your rubbin it raw several times a day, there's no truth to that.
The occasional squirt is going to have no difference on test levels.

doesnt matter if everything isnt clean. just try to hit general macro guidelines. but i do agree with a lot of people. you should cut. that helped me when i was 20-30% bf. i was pretty delusional at that point and just wanted more size.

also important to consider where you started and how your parents/siblings look. genetics is a HUGE factor in this. if you started out super skinny and your parents are skinny, siblings are skinny etc. you were probably never gunna be huge to begin with and the only way you could look fit was being ottermode/skinny-ripped. if you started out at like 140lbs and youre now 191 or whatever. that isnt terrible... just cut down and build back up again

account for other things outside of lifting + diet. if youre hitting general guidelines for macros and have at least a routine where you feel like you had a good workout but not overttraining. you still should be making gains.

so you should account for test. do you have low test? look up the symptoms and think about it. if you think its worth having your blood checked over it, then do it. also its sad how the doctors range testosterone. i believe its like 300-1000 so you could have 300 and be considered "normal" even though its clearly not normal for a guy in their early 20s.

are you getting enough sleep? huge part in recovery (where gains are built). important for your hormones, and how you process food. also important for mood which is an important part for gains. TBH id say sleep is more important than diet.

So I can't comment on what I and everyone else can clearly see? I've been lifting for 5-6 months, and that has nothing to do with OPs issues. If I had been lifting for 4 years and was DYEL I would be doing something to seriously change what im doing.

OP you are strong already, please run a hypertrophy based program and definitely do not bulk, you need to cut as I said already.

Im on that low-T feels, i think you replied on my thread that time before it got locked. 14 for me. In UK they wont do chit if you're in the range.

You guys who are saying he doesn't look like he lifts that much weight fail to realize the effect bodyfat has on how you look. I will post this man as an example:

Dude on the left has one of the strongest clean and jerk records...He looks like he doesn't lift due to high bodyfat.

I have a similar situation as OP, but not as bad. I'm at around 18-20% bf. You can see muscles, and I think I look somewhat jacked in a shirt, but there is a ton of flab hiding any definition. You basically have to cut. I can't bring myself to cut because whenever I get to 190 lb or so, my body just freaks out and forces me to eat and gain again. If I don't, I feel like total chit, and everything suffers. I got down to 185 or so a while back and quickly rebounded. Also, don't assume it's low T, OP. I had my T checked recently because that was why I thought I had high bodyfat, but it turned out I was actually higher T. It is basically just whatever your appetite setpoint is at...I used to be a really fat fuk, so my body is constantly craving more food. I always overeat, and I think I am averaging around 2700 cals on non workout days, and 5000 cals on workout days. It's pretty bad, but I'm not gaining or losing weight, and my lifts are slowly increasing, so that's one good thing.

I built that bloated fat strong body in my avi RUNNING the SAME bs programs youre doing now.

I didnt actually start to look like I lift until I focused on hypertrophy.

i now focus on weighted dips, dumbbell presses, high volume tricep work and lateral raises for push day
weighted chins, pull ups, db rows, db curls, for pull day
leg day front squats, rdl, and sprints for hiit

push pull legs push pull off off

the sooner you quit that strength bs the better you will look

If you just want to fuk women anything over 15% looks like absolute dog chit.

Unless youre genetically gifted no one will call you sexy til 12% or less.

I know people with a pot belly beer gut that ring up as 20% bf on electronic calculators. 20% is unfukable. Anyone in this boat like op should drop soda and beer and do 1 hour+ cardio even walking a day and in 1-3 months youll be shredded.

You're probably right, but it is so not worth it. I mean fuk. I can't stand seeing my lifts go down. I can't stand feeling sluggish and low energy all the time. I NEED carbs. I NEED FOOD. I just can't cut to 12%.

From those photos.

1. You're frauding as fook on your lift numbers. Those numbers should equate some decent physique, Nothing great depending on other factors, But you literally look like you don't lift at all. (Videos would shut us all the fook up though if you legit can do those).

lower the weight and do more volume.... nobody impressed with your heavy lifting when you look like shyt..

a lifter that benches 185 ibs with a solid looking chest is 10X better than a lifter that can bench 275 with a bird looking chest....obviously the weights are too heavy for you...

i think im reaching the point of execution on a cut. the only thing is my last cut was pretty mediocre. no abs at 80 kg, so abs is like 70-75kg which is piss poor i reckon but it needs to be done.

i think a paradigm shift is in order. maybe more accessories, mind muscle connection, paused reps... ive been denying the reality of my ****ty body for years. at least strength wise i do ight. my squat is my best lift since it responds easily to training whereas my bench is the worst. ive got really long arms too.

and no ffs im not lying about my lifts. this is like telling someone that plays basketball that they dont play basketball, like some kid said when you had to say one true and 2 lies or something back in a class i did. he mustve felt like ****, but i can take it...

no ****. i perfomed 420 for a triple, ive benched 225 touch and go for 1, deadlifted 455 and done 405 for 5, 315 for 10 with 5 left i the tank from my estimate as a first set last (CONVENTIONAL), ohped 175 for 1. i tested my row got 235 but it was sloppy, 225 was smooth (no straps, pronated). so if anything im slightly stronger than what i wrote. all these lifts have been done in the last 3-4 weeks at about 86-87 kg or 190ish. i dont use a belt either
