Its funny cos the best nattys i know are guys at like 5’7
With small joints thin wrists/ankles thin waist
Full muscle bellies
look alot heavyier than what they really are

Gives the the illussion of more size

And bodybuilding isnt about how much you weigh

Its about how you look , symmetry, proportions

You all know phuk all about real natty bodybuilding

I’m natural and I feel too big. Long term goal might actually be to lose 10lbs of muscle.

Dehydrated/pump/good lighting/filters. I'm about 171lb with abs at about 5'7, I look about that when I get to 162-161ish, I've been lifting for about 8 years and don't even focus on bodybuilding.

Dude just likes to brag about his physique...but it's definitely doable naturally.

I'll go with the medical community over the gymcels- anything less than 20% isn't considered overweight

It's really not. Only way that is possible is with heavy Photoshop or bikes.

I've been lifting for 10 years in multiple gyms and seen hard-core dedicated people of all different ethnicities.

Only people that get to that stage of dryness, very low bf, lean muscle mass and with those kind of 3D delts are the guys riding. Genetics do make a difference but LOL at genetics getting you anywhere near that level. Just no.

I still think I look too thin in clothes but that could be bigorexia talking.
OP 200lb is no big deal for your height, maybe try change your pattern/routine. It's no surprise the biggest I got was when I was the strongest at around 240lb+ - but I was around 20% bf. I got the most attention then, that's for sure but fuk keeping up that size for my frame. 15% is GOAT cruise compromise, but I respect those who can stay mega lean. If I had a choice for height It would be 6ft4-5 while keeping this size ratio - that would be god mode.
I would say bigorexia is definitely talking. Even in your avi, you've got some size on you with a frame that allows it. higher bf% on someone with your build doesn't look bad to average folks out there, females included. But I'm sure it was a lot of work to maintain that weight.

Once you're 5'10-6'2 and 190-220lbs you've pretty much peaked regarding having a natty athletic physique.
You're def right about this. I'm same height and weight right now but probably 20-25% bf, and out in general population i feel big. Around gym bros I feel small and fat.
I think I wouldn't mind getting to your lean muscle mass/weight/bf% in natty mode. mirin, mon ami.

lol I was just going by estimates I read online. He was probably 200ish in that photo. Interviews said he bulked to 205 for that movie. But that would just strengthen my argument about how much less muscle he has than natty fatty Shaq. Also, there is no way the Rock will ever look bigger than Shaq. The Rock is 6'5". Shaq is 7'1". That's almost an entire proudmanlet taller. The rock's physique is certainly way more impressive, but he gets mogged hard. Frame and height are everything.

The best thing I ever did was shift my focus to strength after finally taking off the rose-colored glasses of BBing. So many brahs on gear that give people absurdly unrealistic physique goals.

Fact of the matter is, you prob look better than like 98% of the population if you're lifting and eating correctly anyway. I can live with that.

Sometimes we just have to get out of our own heads.

Still believing "muscle bellies" excuse bicyclists give to justify 24/7 pump, dryness, and leanness year-round. Just lol.

"Genetics" lol

The last ditch excuse of a bicyclist when someone no longer believes their "hard work, clean diet, and sacrifice" bro logic to explain their cyclist physique. I've been quite lean before, but never maintained the fullness/dryness/perma-pump. Good luck with that as a real natty.

Completely depends on genetics. Chris Elkins and Matt Ogus can feel big since they're like 5'7 but for tall guys like us, gear really helps you look more full. If you want to feel better about yourself, go to an expo and take a picture with one of those guys who have thousands of followers.. you'll make them look like midgets (srs).

Are you dismissing genetics? You do realise that there are natties that will bench 405 for reps while other will never see 315 right? Do you not know anyone personally who puts on muscle faster than everyone else and hasn't visited the dark side?

Nobody natty is dry full and looks like they have a pump at all times. Youll never look like this without gear.

As far as mass and muscle bellies go you are completely wrong. Some people are just better off from the get go. Frame and test levels along with genetic disposition to build and hold more mass. Plus insertions, all of those things matter significantly.
