i got to the point where i could do multiple lucid dreams per night. I did the deild method but the dream journal was 100% necessary.
Stopped because it requires alot of work and is mentally exhausting at points. But i remember laying in bed at night/morning and starting to hallucinate and hear random ass **** because I was about to enter a dream.
I had a lucid dream where I woke up on a beach and looked at my hands. My hands were fuked up so i knew i was dreaming. Everyone around me was pointing and asking what was moving in the sky. It looked like a serpent UFO and all of a sudden it blew up and just solar flared everyone. Everyone started to scream and it was so life like it was crazy. Woke up freaking out for a bit

Once I realize I am lucid, I wake up. It's incredibly annoying.

Any supplements to help me? I lucid dreamed once and it was so fun, it's like your conscious but you have none of the worries you carry in the real world.
I knew I was lucid dreaming because the sky was purple, and i asked my family member in the dream what color the sky was an they said blue, so I knew i was dreaming and I was conscious....would do again

I've had a handful of lucid dreams in my life, not had one for over a decade though. Is there really a reliable way to create them?

started lucid dreaming by looking down at ur hands and that will tell u if ur dreaming or not. read that fingers are fuked up in dreams.
i had a handful of lucid dreams, dont remember them except for flying lol.
over the years i find myself acting out more in dreams, not even aware im dreaming.

havent had a lucid dream in like 5+ years
I remember this 1 lucid dream I had
I was playing quidditch at hogwarts flying a broomstick around.
you know that feeling when you drive over a hill too fast and you get that dropping sensation in your stomache and it feels good and weird at same time. thats what I had non-stop during that lucid dream

I pulled it off properly 1/2 a year ago, but unless I sleep during the day I don't dream much. I used to be able to achieve lucid status in any dream. My favorite was just walking along a cafe strip and using telekinesis to basically move peoples sh*t around. Jedi force etc, all deliberate. Watching their reactions was hilarious. Another thing I seem to do a lot of just float/hover around and control my falling speed. I've actually looked at a mirror in my dream and said: "Wow, I am really in a dream". Now the hard part is not alarming your brain to wake you up. If you are really enjoying the dream you can naturally and instantly think: "Please don't wake up just yet" and then of course you will. It's fascinating stuff but way too random for me these days, I have like a 10% chance of doing it, when before it was easily over 50%.

Being conscious that I'm in a dream, happens to me so often, I mean for every 4 nights, there's a night during which I am conscious that I'm in a dream.
It started when I was a teenager, more than a 15 years a go.
But controlling my dream, I was able to do it 4 times only, that was in 2010, I was obsessed with dream control because of Inception, I didn't do any technique, It's just that my mind was constantly thinking about dream control and dreams for days, I don't remember all the details of those dreams, but in one of them I ****ed a Lebanese singer, she's full of plastic surgery so she has big boobs and ass, I don't know why I picked her specifically despite not being on my top would-**** list.
The dream control wasn't total, I didn't build the settings and space of my dreams, I just suddenly felt conscious that I'm dreaming, so I interfered in it and kept summoning persons and events. I remember in one of those 4 dreams showing my friend how beautiful the girls of my college (I already graduated from university back then but the dream's events took place in the past with my 2010's mind and body, it's like time travel), but then, I told my friend that what he's seeing isn't real, and that he's in my dream and those girls are creations of my mind and now I'll show him how those girls actually look, so I instantly turned those girls into below average ones and told mu friend "this is how our college girls look in real life".
I don't recall being able to control a dream since 2010, but as I said, it's very frequent for me to be conscious that I'm dreaming.
Also, so many times in my dream there's on of the women I know in real life and want to ****, then I realize it's a dream so I decide to go for it, but I always fail, because the woman disappears or go to an other room, I keep looking for her till I wake up, it pisses me off really
, and it happens a lot. The most I could get is some making out or grabbing some tits or holding her ass, but there's always something that happens and keeps me from putting it in her pu$$y.

I have been experimenting with lucid dreaming and out of body experiences for several years and had some of the most intense and fascinating experiences of my life as a result, not to mention the numerous head fuks about the nature of consciousness and reality.
In answer to your question, yes there are many supplements that can help drastically.
The money ones are: galantamine, choline, nicotine, racetams, 5HTP and melatonin
Check out the book: "advanced lucid dreaming: the power of supplements" (you can dig around google and find it). The author goes into the benefits of these and the best dosing protocols etc.
Good luck and enjoy
