I do think a good moisturizer goes a long way. My mom has used it all her life and looks pretty good for almost 60

Lifting and diet will only impact your body ...your skin and face and hairline is more subject to genetics so that’s luck ..you’re not all clooneys and we aren’t all beckinsales

I’m old but you won’t see it in my physique nor do you in other older misc females who lift and pay attention to health and diet ... my face on the other hand shows that I’m not in my 20s and I’d have expected to be more invisible by now but it seems men don’t stop sharking cos of age ..sometimes it’s fun I will admit but mostly inappropriate

The problem is y'all focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. This is exactly what creeps me out about older men hitting on me and my friends/little cousins. They always say things like "I like younger women because *insert generalization*. It's like they aren't interested in you as a person, it's just that your age fits into some arbitrary box to fulfill some need that they have to feel...idk. It's like it's more about THEM than YOU, like you are just a prop in their fantasy.

They seem drawn to the fact that we have limited life experience. Not just the physical aspect. That's what makes it creepy.

What is youthful glow and how to spot it? Youthful glow is the visible oil on the skin that gives off a subtle glow when light reflects off of it.

For example:

Prime glow (I circled the reflections in first pic)



Peak glow (skin is still visibly oily but losing the reflections)


Losing glow (skin lost its reflection but still visibly oily)



No glow (skin lost its visible oil)


False glow (lighting or too much oil on the skin can give the illusion that there is still glow)
