i get more smiles and looks from women. Get treated by better. I have no idea why every guy/girl doesn't do everything possible in life to get jacked/hot.

seriusly. life is on easy mode. not to mention yoiu live longer and less healthcare costs. more important as you age.
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

I am not ripped but I look big with or without clothes and I have a bit above average height. A lot of looks from females of course, but males are also constantly "sizing" you up. Where I live pretty much every third male lifts. Also, men tend to be more aggressive in their behavior like they need to prove something. You'd think size would help avoid confrontation, but that's only when you're REALLY big and like 6ft4+. Women, especially older women always want to touch your chest or arms.

But you need a decent face and a decent answer to: "So what do you do?" or else you'll just end up being eye candy. I don't even want to know the levels of attention Chads get.

IMO you get more respect/admiration from males then females. Openly at least. I've always been more athletic thus leaner looking (arms are vascular with visible veins year round). Thus when its time to perform athletically (O course, PT test, etc.) a lot of people would just take it for granted that you would perform well VS you knew you'd been putting in a ton of work.


I will say I've had females compliment my body before or while smashing just repeatedly run their hands over the chest/traps/back and not stop touching. Feels good man. While it is validation I lift primarily for myself.

It may just be a look of mutual respect or something like that. Awhile back I was in an airport (SF if I remember correctly) on a long layover. Basically every dude there was either on that twink time or fat. Saw one other jacked manlet that looked like he lifted and we kinda gave each other the nod. Like gods walking among a bunch of plebs.

has its pros and cons. people will mire, many will hate. i like diet coke, i prefer over coke but people will always comment about how im watching my weight or some chit. i also like salad, i love the freshness and the crunch. ofc people comment that its for my health. these people are also overweight so go figure

I'd imagine you get called good looking a lot, women are less likely to turn you down, and you generally have a happy disposition in life.
