Re-racking your weights when you're done is part of your workout!

Why don't you try making one post, just one, where you don't have to remind everyone how strong you are..

They should really just take the bar off too. I can't lift the bar, so it makes it easier when I lay down on the bench and do some stretches.

I re- rack weights because there are others that can't lift 45's and I'm considerate like that. This thread is so lulzy. Plus, it sucks as a 5'2 female with a bad shoulder to have to take the weights off and bend down to re rack it on a lower bar if there are none available at standing height. Can't imagine how it is for someone who's really old or not strong enough.

LOL, don't be so upset. His inability to bench 135 has nothing to do with my strength. And go look at my post history, peanut...there's plenty.

Could care less about someone leaving 135 on the bar..tell these ***got kids to stop exercising right in front of the dumbbells. I ensure to end my set immediately if I see them doing this to interrupt their set.

ok so as stated before

<<<---- re-racker

but I've yet to hear any convincing arguments:

if you struggle to remove a 45lb plate, why are you attempting to lift a 45lb bar?

still curious as this logic doesn't add up.... only possible exception would be if a really tall person left weight after a squat, and a really short person was maxing at 45lb. (again, why are you even using the bar)

but yea, re-rack w8s people...

God its one fukken plate people
Ok 2

In my gym im considered some kind of saint for only leaving one plate on the bar...its the messiest gym ever
Sometimes I have to tidy up before i can start my training

Now the real issue is people who leave multiple plates on bars on racks
This bends perfectly good Olympic bars and it absolutely breaks my heart.
I get mad af about this and rant while i strip the bar (obviously leaving one plate each side )

So stop leaving fukken 180kg on the bar that you were doing your quarter squats with please
retired from powerlifting, retired from the misc

I warm up with 135 as well, but use the bar and then 95 before that. I like to work into it. Can't wait to neg you so hard again.
