In 2016 he wanted to compete in Men's Physique. He asked me to pose him. It took a lot of time for him to get it down as his body cannot move normally. He had to think each bit through to get his body to move as it had to move.
After a few weeks We tried breaking the posing down into small parts as in foot placement, shoulder twisting etc. Each week he would go home and work on that and the next week he was able to perform that part of the posing. After weeks of this one day he came out to start posing and he ran right through it. He didn't have to think it through. I almost cried. It was so emotional to see the look of accomplishment on his face.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

People are lazy by nature. I suppose when you've a wife or husband at home the desire to improve your attractiveness decreases. Having kids can be a stressor or in the least take up more of your time. Etc.
Also most people just have terrible daily habits and hobbies. Everything you do doesn't have to revolve around a perfect diet, lifting weights and being active. But you need at least one active hobby (IMO) and at least 3-4 days of 'exercise' for 30-45 minutes minimum at a time. My main suggestion is surround yourself by like-minded people. The majority of my peers and coworkers lift weights or workout regularly.
Taking care of yourself makes a huge difference. I was lucky to stay active and lift throughout all of my 20s. And to take care not to get skin damage from too much sunlight.
I'm 31 and 90% of the women I see in my age bracket look 10-15 years older then me.

In the spirit of the OP, I can tell you that there's nothing that'll get you more attention from women than going out with aa cute toddler and a wife with a huge pregnant belly. You can see the animal instincts switch on sometimes. I call it one of mother nature's cruel jokes on man.

Truth is, if you have bad habits in your 20s, they're probably going to carry over into your 30s, 40s, etc.
There's this hot blonde that's new to the police department, she about to turn 26, and I just her balls, saying **** like, "Ya know, that junk food, alcohol, coffee, sunburns here and there are great for a female your age, don't worry, you got another 2-3 years before you really fall apart."

I think as you get older, your dietary habits become more important, especially if you donโt exercise.

almost everything ITT has been spot on
I'm not even remotely jacked by misc standards (i'm about 180 at 12-13% bf, 6') and i get the following:
-OMG looks from girls when i take my shirt off...thought they were trolling at first until it kept happening
-Unprovoked hate from friends "I'd look like that if i was single" or "i dont have time to be in the gym 8 hours a day", which is a pretty stupid comment considering im in finance and work long hours to hte point i'm NEVER at the gym before 8PM
-any function where ppl have their shirts off, if i take mine off ppl are like "why are you trying to show off"...brb i'm supposed to swim with my shirt on to appease your shame at having dad bod?
-Coworkers mocking when i eat something healthy......then being like "what about your diet" with troll face if i partake in pizza parties, ice cream parties, etc
LOL

I feel kind of lucky, for some reason I don't have a sweet tooth, so pretty much I don't have any cravings for candy, soda, ice cream, etc. Now other foods like Burritos, Chinese food, Italian food, etc, are a minor weakness for me.
Thing is, I limit those huge helpings nowadays to every once in a while. I'm 38 years old, 5ft 10 inches, 185lbs, with a 30 inch waist in the GAP, baggie jeans department. I also think I'm starting to see that muscle maturity, which is awesome.

I sometimes sit in a nice cafรฉ with some homeboys and while they chitchat I drift away and try to see every single person that is passing by in this quite busy pedestrian area.
I always wonder how all these people are attracted to each other when they look like dogchit. I don't refer to facial aesthetics, wide hips and all that crap. No I mean all those overweight (not obese) people who look miserable and depressed. Super rare to see overweight people happy, it's always the normal ones that smile or at least don't look like they've given up on life.
This makes me sad.. you don't have to be top tier aesthetic to be good looking but that..
