Caucasian people literally evolved to produce lower levels of melanin due to limited sunlight in Northern Europe.

You have to do what suits you. Of course you have to get the minimum amount of sun exposure

If you have naturally pale skin that doesn't tan well then accept it. Sun is the number one cause of skin ageing. If you tan well then do it but don't over do it.

When people say they prefer tan skin what they really mean isnaturallyolive skin

Good luck with that. No one thinks about that stuff all the time. Surgeons excise the growth with a large margin, that means if it's on your nose for example, you lose half your nose. That, and they mostly have to do extra surgeries to remove lymph nodes to see if it has spread.

The sun actually makes my skin feel disgusting. I gotta put sunscreen on to prevent burning so that makes it extra worse. My skin gets all sticky and dirty and it causes allergic reactions too sometimes.

dont risk skin cancer for just a couple of melanin gains. If you can do it safely then by all means, its great
