The cops can give him "time to heal" after he's tasered.

Emotion does influence action, but it's important to have some control over it. I think different people have varying levels of applied control. I think we've all done some slightly dumb stuff after breakups, from checking social media to calling/texting just because of emotion.

On 1 hand I'd be all jokey bout this stuff and get under your skin OP but these sad sacks of chit losers need to be dealt with immediately once they start amping up physical stalking and potential violence is never far away.
I dont know about canadia but in the UK a lot of women have been murdered by these pukes and that was with police assistance and court orders. Some dont even get police help.
Start recording what he is doing for evidence, keep an eye out, ingrain his face into your mind. Be mindful of tracking devices and start logging cars near you for any out of the ordinary presence.
Dont just rely on the law to get you out of chit creek and certainly dont let your GF meet this dickhead. Dont get yourself arrested either BUT if you do confront him have it recorded ALWAYS. If he pops out of nowhere as soon as you realise who he is get the phone out and start recording.

OP's only option is to trust the girl or perhaps give an ultimatum that if she doesn't figure this out right now he is going to back off for a bit because this is all obviously fishy.

I have never in my life heard of someone getting a restraining order over a normal griefing bf.
As far as I read OP said the ex is trying to reach out to her to communicate and saying dramatic miscmathematician type emo chit lol.
IF he actually shows up or starts something for real it might be considered, but not knowing the details, the idea of going so far as to get a restraining order is a weird passive aggressive thing to do.
Like nobody actually does stuff like that in real life.
A lot of you are projecting and weird. That’s something a cuck neckbeard redditor would do or something not normal attractive people.
Obviously at some point the guy was “normal” enough for her to be his lover.
All of a sudden he’s a killer now and a threat? Calm down there Hater Hyeinas.
They are in Canada, lol, how dangerous can he be? If anything Canadians tend to be more emo than normal but unless otherwise indicated it’s probably harmless.
If anything it makes the new relationship awkward to have an official restraining order it’s like a turn off of looming awkwardness now involving both of you and gets in the way of natural vibes might as well ignore it and hope it goes away soon. Maybe it would make it worse by triggering him to escalate in reaction to such a backstabbing gesture of cruel hurt when he is already wounded. Kicking him while he is down might push him over the edge more than scare him off. Making it worse as opposed to him just letting go he might be driven to be more angry instead of giving up and facing reality and letting go.
Maybe a lot of you were never loved or in love to an intense degree to understand lol
I was mostly commenting on OP having that sense of ownership over his new GF when in fact it takes time for that transition.
His penis was inside her first before no matter how you act like things are now lol don’t try to get violent.

Two things:
- File a police report. I'm not saying the Ex has done anything criminal, but if he does anything in the FUTURE, more evidence is always better to build a solid case.
- Your gf has to send a message telling him to stop contacting her. This is necessary to get a restraining order in the future. The ex could always argue that your gf never explicitly told him to stop messaging her. Send a pic of message + everything else to police. If the ex contacts you/her again, contact the police and they will show up at his door and basically tell him to gtfo or get charged with criminal harassment/get a restraining order.

Had the same problem. My wifes ex is a narcissistic mentally ill drug addict and creates new fb accounts with names of her family members just to message her. I got him on the phone one time and laid into his ass. There were a lot of threats and shiit talk about meeting at my place or his place. Told him I was on my way and he backed down because he 'wasnt there right now'. Havent had any issues with him since.

Sounds like you’re defending his actions because you’re defending your own. I didn’t even read your whole stupid baffling post about how pathetic your frame of mind is but please, get help. Before you kill your exes new boyfriend. “You have chemistry but we have history” pencil neck lookin mother f*ker “she’s always be mine Bro” girls are terrified of my insecure behavior looking twat.
F*k outta here

Guarantee you were the stalker guy on more than one occasion and have done worse than the guy harassing OP.

Its also a luxury to be able to break up on good term for both parties.
Yunno, how classy people break up, not running into the arms of another person and acting like the love never existed.
Love is just a dopamine synapse in the brain you realize that right? Its like a drug that you need to detox from.
Most of you never felt some dope ass love, nor had the respect of a partner to an extent that they respect you even after the break up.
Most of my serious relationships lasted like 1 to 2 years which is how long love usually lasts. Breakups due to the remarkability of the situation wearing off, nothing personal. No hate.

Scion tC driving vape smoking sideways hat wearing I’ve been growing my beard for 3 months and have a few random dots on my face chump
P.s. calling yourself “alpha” usually means you have the mental state of an autisic squirrel

Kind of late to the thread but this happens to my girlfriend who I've been with for a few years. When she was younger she dated this loser in high school who still to this day messages her randomly. He will text her asking her hows she been, and when can he see her. Every time she shows me and blocks the number, but the problem is he uses some app to use a new number because every time he texts off a different number. She has a long list of number blocks from this *******.
He supposedly moved to Mexico for a little bit but just a couple days ago it started back up with him saying he's back and he hoped she's doing well and wants to see her. Three texts off three different numbers in one day. The dude is clearly a ****in psycho.
At one point we were going through the process of getting a restraining order by printing out all the texts but it was such a long process for only a temporary restraining order that we stopped once he moved to Mexico. I have suggested she change her phone number, but she says everything is linked to her phone number and it would be too much of a hassle to change it just for him yet she gets upset whenever he texts her out of the blue.
So I'm kind of in the same boat since it's getting old, I told her I was going to text him letting him know what's up, but she didn't want me to since she said that would just cause him to do it more.
