The FASTER study debunked that. Something something adaptation/nitrogen depletion.

Ketoacidosis is extremely rare outside of those suffering from starvation, alcoholism or diabetes. The minute prevalence of ketoacidosis in otherwise healthy keto adherents does not warrant it being labeled a "dangerous diet".

yeah but IF, lifting and keto works.

u mad?

problem is : keto is hard as fuark. low carb is 10x easier. and lifestyle change > diet. No sense if after u diet you go back to burgers all week.
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

Been a member here for close to 7 years I started keto when it was coo. Keto has to be the worst fad diet in existence. The amount of water weight makes it seem awesome but it ain't that though.

You think that's bad, I told people I'm doing this new diet called lo-cal acteev.

I explained how there are actually different types of calories but food labels don't tell you what type of calories there are only the amount.

So basically some calories cancel out with other calories but it's not food you usually mix, like peanut butter and onions. That's how I can eat schite but still losing mad weight (was cutting at the time, all the normies seeing results and in shock)

BISHES FUKIN BELIEVED ME loooool

It IS calories in vs calories out, but if you're going to restrict calories, carbs are the best source to restrict it from, if your body can handle it.
Fats are needed to maintain hormones, protein needed to repair and hold on to as much muscle as possible. Carbs give a bit of energy for a workout but other than that offer not much else. I love keto, my energy is constant throughout the day with no insulin spikes and dips.

Carbs rarely get stored as fat in humans, fat is what gets stored And lol at constant "energy" that is your cortisol being jacked up. There is a reason keto zealots live off caffeine and have major sleep disruptions(being in ketosis lowers thyroid and elevates cortisol, it is the same 'energy' warrior diet/intermittent fasters have during their fast. Your running on your sympathetic nervous system(fight or flight)
