There is a fine line between integrity and doing whats necessary to make it. Without knowing the exact details its hard to tell if you made the right decision. Why exactly aren't you reporting the prof if he's wrong for failing you? I mean did the prof straight up say blow me and I'll pass you? I don't want to be that guy, but it sounds like you're actually failing, the prof is tossing you a lifeline by doing some extra assignment or attending an event (at least that was how we got extra credit when I was in school), and you're being stubborn about doing it because you think it's below you.

Now that doesn't give her the right to say she downgraded, and tbh, I'd gtfo immediately if a woman I was in a committed relationship with ever said something like that. But something about this entire situation isn't making a whole lot of sense to me.
