Only got a 2.3% raise but the commission is setup in more of my favor.

The guy next to me went in for his review right before me and I was like "good luck" and joked about him getting fired. He came back 5 minutes later and grabbed his lunch and said "nice working with you" while walking out. He literally did get fired. I felt like such a dick cuz I had no clue he was going to get laid off. (srs)

4% raise for me.

All hourly employees here got a $1/hour raise. Some got a little more if they took on new responsibilities.

Get my bonus the 2nd week of march every year. Somewhere between 11 and 15k . Get a raise every year on November 1st. Somewhere between 1.25 and 1.50 an hour. Union contract ftw.

Do bonuses get taxed more than regular wages?

I believe the feds take 22-24%. Add in SS, state and local taxes as well. Mine usually works out to being 34% or so gone after it's said and done.

No bonus since I'm ceo of my own company. But we're up to 10k a day now so I can hardly complain.
You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told you're a god or a total bastard. The iron always kicks you the real deal. It's the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. I have found it to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But 200 pounds is always 200 pounds.

No salary raise, I have been with this company for 2-years now and still no increase. I feel like its time to venture into a new opportunity. The competitor made an offer twice as my salary last year and it is tempting to make a big jump.

No they do not but payroll deducts more at first.
