On a serious note, police are supposed to be the people we rely on to feel safe in an otherwise dangerous world. How can we feel safe from criminals when we can’t even feel safe from cops like him?

I feel 100% safe knowing that I would have kept my hands on the wheel until instructed otherwise, handed him my license, had a friendly chat, and driven away with no problems after only a few minutes.

You don't feel the same way, and I get that. I'm not mad at you for it. We just see what happened in that video very differently.

It's nothing personal towards you

But the mentally you put on display in your posts is that of boot lickers

"Comply even if you have done nothing wrong and they approach you like a criminal"

The guy's wife and kids are in the car and he decides to:

1. Argue with the police
2. Refuse to produce his identification
3. Refuse to identify himself even verbally
4. Physically resist being pulled out of the car
5. Probably hiding things in his bag or between seats as the officer stated

So what do you expect a police officer to do? Just say "Oh ok, nevermind then, you really didn't have to comply."

What if those kids were killed in a drug purchase later on that afternoon and these cops hadn't one their due diligence? All of you cop haters would have been calling for their badges for not doing their jobs and investigating this person who is clearly acting suspiciously.

You want to know the one thing that would have prevented the whole thing from happening? If the guy had just complied like a normal fuking person.

It seems to me that most of the people arguing against the police officers here are showing that they have a strong bias from the jump by calling them pigs, etc.
Stop being a phukking ******* already.
