I have come around to believe that doing heavy compound lifts are actively a bad ego-driven decision when it comes to exercising (after the "beginner" phase). Srs.

Injury itself didnt hurt at all, trying to straighten my arm after being in a 90deg cast for 6 weeks was a different story though haha

I’m like 80% recovered bro. Don’t think it was a major tear, got most ROM and pain is 4/10 for the most part
