If you don’t start your own **** by 35 or before you have major obligations then you most likely will never start a business.
Right now I’m working on real estate. 1 multi family property and I’m looking into a flip right now. Also interested in a small farming venture in the future. Tried my own consulting thing in finance field but I didn’t put enough effort in and it’s tough with a 9-5.
Excuses are like bass holes, everyone has one.

Older guy, worked my way up through the system. Not at the very top but fairly close (no ebrag)...10 to 15 years before my well thought out and planned retirement...LOL at starting a business.
I can do 10 years of easy time with my eyes shut...

Lack of direction with the ideas I have and the proper path.
There are so many misleading "how to start your own business" threads/websites/write ups etc that are likely filled with a load of misinformation.
I have lot of things I am passionate that I have a vision about things I would love to do to make money with them. Writing about them, selling related products, guides, etc.
However, I don't know how to go about generating money from the content, driving people to the website, what type of content would even be beneficial, adsense etc.
I would like to just run with it one day and begin writing/posting products regardless of expecting sales to get something going as I think it would be interesting whether it generated money or not. But lack of direction causes me to procrastinate.
