X5 and X3 are fine cars IF you have bumper to bumper warranty from the official BMW dealer. Otherwise do NOT get this car... When getting BMW get in writing that EVERYTHING is covered in your warranty, including door handles, all electronics, rims etc. I still have nightmares about my BMW ownership...
