Sorry, but most guys don’t want to see abs on a girl. Soft features = feminine. Rock hard = masculine

Yes, agree that they look good. Slim but muscular is much better than just skinny bony. Is that middle pic gym shark? I like those leggings. Do they have weird stuff on the butt or are they like that on the back as well?

They have free shipping and free easy returns though so you could order one and try it on to see how the waist fits for you. Other than the back gap they look really good and flattering and they have really cute colors and matching sports bras or crop tops.
Good to know. I don't typically like high waist but they are cute.

OP's gf (even with little muscle) is at a healthy weight now, said she wants a flat stomach and that's about it. No one can say she'd look best at blah, blah, blah, because we have no idea what she looks like now. A normal chick at 5'3" 100-105 lbs is going to look skinny.

That's why I originally said drop 10 lbs and go from there.

Their abs don't look masculine though and it's not like they have defined 6 packs. Just some light definition which still looks ok on a woman. I do agree with you that defined abs like a 6 pack is not a feminine look. I personally don't prefer that look, but there are men that do.

60 lbs

Nah I'm kidding, like 100 -110 lbs depending on how much they lift and have muscle.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

If competing, those girls would be in the bikini division. Least muscle group.

True, but they look good and fit. They have a good amount of muscle to look attractive and not like a skinny bean pole.

I don't know about that. The latest NPC comp is up on their YT and the bikini competitors have skinny arms, legs and big glutes (popped with the pre-requisite lordosis pose).

Those competitors are a way lower body fat than the girls SS posted though. They're prob sub 10%. Not really sure what competitors get down to nowadays but pretty sure it's been said before it's pretty low. When I was 27 and did a fitness comp I was 13% bf which seemed super low at the time. Can't imagine getting lower.

And to clarify, back when I competed fitness comps were way different. You did bikini, gown, and a dance/gymnastic type routine. We also weren't allowed to use oil or officially pose.

You can tell how many miscers are virgins by all the 90-100lb responces. I dated a girl who was 5'0 100lbs and she wore a size '00 petitie'

Id say a 5'3 girl with a decent physique/lean muscle tone and flat stomach would be around 110-125lbs depending on genetics/physique type. less than 110 she will probably start looking boyish (No HTC)

10-12% would be more suited for your figure and physique girls. Most bikini girls are not going in that low. It's going to vary all depending on what organization you compete in. I know OCB wants to see lean but they don't want to see deep muscle separation, striations, ripped, etc...girls who go in too conditioned tend to get placed in the back of the pack.

That makes sense. Always wonder what the difference is between those 3 comps. I'd say I looked like the bikini girls posted on that page when I competed. Not really striated or anything but def very lean.

Only way you can get to overweight BMI lifting with low bodyfat is if you have competition level bodybuilder type muscle mass.
It doesn't have to be to that extreme. I am 5'11" and range between 216-225 lbs, 12-15%, summer/winter. I am always over 30 BMI.
