40+ crew and I will fight you!

I think I see pretty much every age group in the gym who the majority of are *******s. Most people haven't really studied lifting and don't know any better. I try not to talk to anyone in there and if I look like I'm staring @ anyone chances are I'm not looking at anything and am just in outer space between sets.

That's because it's not an actual sport, but yeah most of the current top guys are in their forties. Things have changed a lot since Arnold retired at 28, and Haney at 31.

Fukn lol at the little twinks strutting about in their ****gy gym gear and huge Beats earphones, spending more time on their phones/ social media than actually lifting.

Some of the best physiques and most knowledgeable lifters are far older than 40.

There was a 40+ dude at my old gym, skinny saggy old bag of chit, he was always fukn balancing on a medicine ball holding the smallest weights n chit.

At first I thought "yeah good on him for keeping fit, working on balance" etc but he was always taking up as much space as possible, doing this garbage right in the middle of the busiest areas, had this smug grin on his ******* face the whole time and tried to mog kunts when walking past them. Would grind frail old bones to paste.

Honestly I don't usually see this chit at Anytime Fitness especially when I'm training but I mostly train when it's completely empty at like 2-3am so that's the benefit of that. There's always alot of chit at the gym that pisses me off but the majority is always going to be the idiots in the group of five people talking for a good 30-40 minutes on the same machine working there mouths (no homo) more then their actual muscles.
if you need someone to chat with, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.

Yeah but every age group has some annoying behavioral quirks and everyone is going to have their turn @ that age. So why even care?

I workout until I'm literally on the floor ready to keel over and die, and these older people are just casually sitting on the machines talking to their friend about how their son is doing. Legit yesterday I'm doing leg extensions on the machine and I'm cranking out the entire stack for 20 reps. I get up and my legs like immediately give up and I have to hunch over. I'm dripping in sweat and I'm loving it. This other guy on the leg extension machine next to me is repping out 40 pounds, and then says to me "it's not good to lift heavy weight like that". Like bro, idgaf how you workout, just don't try to knock me down a peg because my achievements are shining a spotlight on your own failures.

There's also this 50 year old whale who legit brings her dog into the gym without a leash. I went to the machine next to her and the dog started to growl at me. I was ready to fukkin punt that thing across the room if needed.

wrong op. If anything I hold a large amount of repsect for anyone 40+ who manages to remain in shape.
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."
