From your posts RR, I don't think you support either of these things.....but at the same time will likely vote for politicians who do. And that's the dilemma for progressive/liberal voters. When do they call out their own groups/politicians? So far, its not happening.

Doesn't matter where on the poltical spectrum a person falls. If you vote for certian people and policies, then that's on you the voter. Sure, maybe you like 90% of their platform....but the other 10% still matters.

Bailey Reeves - 17 yo black male shot in Baltimore. Not even the youngest person to be shot that day - a 16yo black male, Milton Carrington, was also shot. Police say Reeves was not the intended target of the shooting.

Bee Love Slater - black male, found in burnt out car in Clewiston, Florida. Investigation in active progress. Threats towards the deceased found on FB before his death. Arrest record for battery on a pregnant woman. Police say nothing suggests that is a hate crime.

Jamagio Berryman aka "Ja’leyah-Jamar" - black male, shot in Kansas City. Police suspect a black male, possibly in Wichita, who may have been in a relationship with the deceased.


Obviously any death is a tragedy. But something isn't right if you have to lie about the circumstances of the tragedy, or act like there's some trans-targeting serial killer on the loose.

I was speaking mainly about your R/P posts, RR. But if you don't co-sign any of the mess we see in the Dem primaries, then my mistake. I wish everyone dumped both major parties, and went independent. tbh

In any case people vote tribally. The only people who don't are White moderates. Just look at the percentage of Blacks who voted Obama, wasn't it over 90%? Could be wrong. Even Muslims who are very conservative religious irl vote for parties that want to expand things like ease If access to abortion. Working class British people will NEVER vote Conservatives.

The notion that a Palestinian will ever vote for an Israeli Jew because of thier fiscal policy: now THAT is so naive that it's endearing.

No mistake at all, I was truly interested why you think that. I'm a little confused though, I don't really post over there, unless it's something provably wrong, like when someone recently posted that Princeton doesn't teach about Taiwan, when I've taken a course at the university on Taiwan. I try to avoid that section as a whole.

The issue is that you have a small vocal portion of women and trans people that dont even play sports voting for this crap. Nothing will change until biological women speak out even if they receive backlash, and just outright refuse to compete.

Eh, Kerry, Gore, Clinton also got like 90% of black voters too. Alan Keyes got hardly any during his runs. Most people vote a certain way based on region, and that's where the tribal mindset comes into play. Perceptions are formed by family/friends/community concerns. Case in point, most black voters were Repubs in the past, until Barry Goldwater happened.

Love how some people quoted me without at all detecting the irony and over the top nature of my comment.

I was using humor to make fun of a sad state of affairs here. Obviously I feel awful for the real girls who have to train so hard just to lose because a dude exploited an unfair advantage.

I'm sad for the girls and their families, I'm happy all the millions of idiots who support these policies are staring like surprisedpikachu.jpg at all the backlash it's causing. Didn't think I'd have to clarify.
