"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Bit of a joke I think from my thread calling out the standing OHP as being a less than optimal pressing exercise for delt development lol.

Looking swole enough for natty. OHP is a good mass builder, but if it's not for you then there is so much other chit that shapes and builds the delts.

Misc lost their minds over the claims that seated barbell allows for better output than standing barbell.

Kind of the same theory that bosu ball squats aren’t better just because they’re harder lol

This also takes out using the legs to bump the weight up....

Keeps you from leaning back to get the weight up....

Nice delts BTW!
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Misc in general has a problem realizing that you can do both.

If you want the best of two worlds, train them both seated and standing. Or if you don't gaf about strength and just wanna look swole, you can always just isolate them with cables. Or do all 3 LOL.

A lot of people could benefit from following this advise vs being dogmatic about how you HAVE to train X bodypart.

Cliffs:

Side delts suck? Hit laterals first in your workout. Rear delts suck? Hit rear delt first

Not as many veggies as I should. Not clean as in nothing but chicken and rice, but I'm not out here slamming vodka and poptarts lol. Pretty solid diet based around whole foods. Post workout meal is 275 carb, 60 protein, so a lot of cereal and bagels there. I actually dump pancake mix into cereal to get in carbs lol
