Never tried uber eats. Tried postmate and grubhub. And just lol @ all these fee's. Fee's and tips were pretty much as much as the food. Order for pick up. And when paying with card. Machine asks how much u wanna tip for picking up ur food just lol. This tipping chit is getting out of control.

If you’re ordering small amounts of food through this chit you’re kinda doing it wrong. The fees don’t scale with the size of the order, though the tip obviously does. Order enough food for at least 2 dinners to maximize your food:fee ratios

I’ve only ordered UberEats once(when I was really hungover on a football Saturday), and ended up ordering like $25 of McDonalds. It was surprisingly awesome when it got to me, and I was really happy with it.

I can afford it, but I honestly order delivery like 5 or fewer times per year nowadays. I’m usually looking for reasons to leave the house anyways, and it doesn’t hurt that I can always find a decent meal for like $7-8 within a 5 min drive.

I only order ubereats/grubhub in these few scenearios:

1) I can expense it through work
2) There's a promo - Ubereats just added 10 off 30 to my acc for next 5 orders
3) Super ****ty weather and I really can't be bothered

I'll never understand people that uses ubereats for drive thru restaurants... the convienence of a drive thru is enough for me to get in my car.
