1917 should have won. When I think 'Best Picture' that movie pops up. Parasite was kinda overrated (but good) although I found the ending kinda whack. And BP winning supporting actor over the Irishman nominees is lolworthy

surprised that once upon a time in hollywood didn't win it (absolute masterclass in film making imo), but I guess the pretentious hollywood elite doesn't really like tarantino anymore

anyway parasite was a good film just for its originality alone

I actually watched Parasite with no prior knowledge and had no clue it was up for Oscar consideration.
I enjoyed it as a goofy, dark comedy but I certainly don't think it deserves an Oscar. I really didn't like the ending at all.

Joker was a much better movie.

parasite was the best pic of those choices, I watched all the academy nominated movies for some reason this year
1917 was boring I thought, cinemetography was the entire film's draw, and it won that award
Joker I also thought was boring and uninspired, only good thing was Phoenix acting and he won that award
Parasite was actually a great movie, great acting/writing/suspense, and it really surprised me, definitely it deserved best picture
