Mine is over 2 weeks old.

But yeah I know a few users with old as avi's on here who talk a big game but probably don't even lift anymore. My first avi was of my bicep and they were much smaller.

I've been hitting the gym pretty seriously this last month, then going for a swim with my old man. It's the most I've ever lifted. My pics are just from calisthenics. I'm around the same size, maybe a bit bigger. The stretch marks I got at 19 from doing chin-ups are reddy pink again and getting a bit worse so def put on some newbie gains. I need to get my diet in check because I eat like a horse, though abs are still there when I tense. Pretty excited to start benching/squatting, think I could get pretty aesthetic.
