I think all of the criticism of Blaha's physique pretty fair for a couple of reasons:
1. He keeps working out naked/in booty shorts on camera.
2. He brought it on himself by talking like he looked better than he did for years.
So from that perspective, fair enough.
But just to look at it through a different lens (and this is a similar angle I took with respect to Genova, so I'm being consistent here):
It is strange to me that someone would open themselves up to this sort of criticism in such a preventable way. It just shows a shocking lack of insight. Any person with ordered thinking would recognize that taking your clothes off to reveal that sort of body when bragging about his muscle mass would end in humiliation. But he doesn't recognize that, leading me to believe that (despite the jokes about his mental health) he's suffering from some sort of legitimate mental illness. Likewise, any person with ordered thinking would have the foresight to see that his clearly bogus claims (CIA, contract killer, etc.) would end in humiliation as well.
It's all kind of sad because he's clearly a pretty strong guy who puts in the work at the gym. If he just kept his clothes on and his mouth shut, he'd be respected for his lifting. And I watched one or two of his recent videos and he does have a very good base of knowledge with respect to the Conjugate training system. I've read all of Louie's books on lifting and I think he probably has too because he seems to understand a very complex system that confuses many.
But he does talk the whole time about all of his "clients" that he trains, and I'm sure he's lying about that too.
I just think the whole thing is unfortunate because the guy has problems and we're all sitting around making fun of him. Just because he speaks like a well person, doesn't mean that he is one.

Funny how he became a "Christian" and stopped criticizing other lifting channels around the time youtube started cracking down on bullying last year
He also talks about hating bodybuilding in almost every video i've seen and makes subtle jabs that people that enjoy it are gay, yet there he is in damn near booty shorts every workout video lol
To his credit he looks way better than he did years ago
I also remember watching a video where some guy tracked fown his appartment (had to be a miscer) and interviewed Jason. Dude really seemed like he just needs a real friend
Side note: He also should start an asmr channel, he has the calming voice for it lol

A good way to think about this is to consider David Cutcliffe. He was an Assistant Coach at UT when they won the National Championship and he was a VERY good Head Coach at Duke.
So was he an All-American college football QB or RB? No he didn't even play.
But he coached Peyton Manning. Peyton didn't care that his coach couldn't throw as well as he could. Peyton cared about whether he gave appropriate advice.
Now it looks like I'm supporting Blaha, which I'm not. The guy is mentally ill in my opinion, but that doesn't mean his advice on the Conjugate training system is not good. From what I've heard him say, it is.

I'm now interested in watching any youtube vids by anyone unless there is something amazing happening.
I like The Hodge Twins, sometimes, because it's lifting humor, and this Indian guru Sadhguru who is smart and funny. Even then, I will watch sometimes.
This Jason guy has been talked about FOR YEARS on the misc. His videos are BORING as hell and yet I watched seconds of one talked about here. He's doing a squat. I lasted maybe 20 seconds and was out. However, the video had 36k views.
Why?!
Him saying he's with the CIA and all of that just helps get viewer. He's created "Sh!tshow" people tune in to watch.
Even if he' delusional and crazy he's getting paid by having his show. I don't know why you guys support it.
Is it like a 1940s freak show at the circus? Is that what youtube and instagram are?
They used to charge people to view mental patients in mental hospitals a long time ago.

More muscle than Serge Nubret. Look at those Herculean arms!
He tried ASMR. He had hundreds of hours of “Cardio Gamer” where he was just playing World of Warcraft, lying about his past, and cycling his recumbent bike at about 10 RPMs. The videos were loaded with him burping, blowing snot rockets, pissing without flushing, and not washing his hands after dropping a deuce. He can’t do anything right.
