It's never really clean. Microscopic fecal matter is still there! Rinsing her anus out doesn't kill the pathogenic bacteria that reside back there. In fact, it just moves it around. Ehh, I dunno, doesn't phase me. I take a shower after, and would never think of making her do ATM. Just saying I am not down to get chit on my dink. But you make a valid point, just reward outweighs risk for me.
