I've seen it throughout my life. It's obvious when a couple you are friendly with is sexually attracted to each other based on how they treat each other/ body language. I've known plenty of guys age 40-45 that were seriously dating women in the 25-35 range and those girls were all about them and only had eyes for them. In my own experience every guy like this that I can think of had their chit more than together and earned decent money, physically fit, charming and interesting, confident, facial aesthetics.
