I actually kind agree with this. Most ppl with over the top tattoos like the sleeves come off as fake and tryhard. It's like they want to appear tough. I think it is very unprofessional for a doctor and medical professional to have over the top tattoos because people see them as clean and pure, but tattoos have a dirty and unhealthy look. Tattoos are associated with prostitution, gangster culture, drug addicts, mob mentality, etc, it really doesn't belong in some professional fields.

Females with tattoos are the worst. 99% of them are very fake and trying to be something they're not.
