Is it purely a looks thing? If not, I really don't get why oldcels on here are so obsessed with "18-23 year old prime poosy". I'm 30, have tried talking to girls who are ~21 and it's painful, quite frankly. Even though they all claim to be "fluent in sarcasm", Zoomers are fking terrible at banter, which is something I look for in girls I want to date.

I get not wanting to date a girl who's well into her 30s, but to me, the prime age is around 25-28. Old enough to have some real world experience and not be as obsessed with snapchat/instagram, but not so old they hit the wall/reek of desperation. What am I missing here?

Bro a typical western sloot at 25-28 is literally the worst time to be dating them. They are desperate to settle down when they turn 30, have a bunch of unrealized dreams, and go crazy knowing their clock is ticking. Not only that but their mentality stays the same - selfish af, plays a bunch of games ("you didn't text me quick enough so lemme ignore you for two days") and a host of other abandonment issues and dissatisfaction from living the adult life.

A chick at 21 - 25 has max glow, and has radiant female energy. But the problem is that they're usually selfish af. It's all about what you as a guy will do for them.

If you want a mature and down to earth woman go 30+ if not 40+. Once they reach the hump of 30 it's a lot better.

Lol dude, don't listen to most of the ish on these forums. Peep my join date - I've been here for a while but rarely post because this place is just as toxic as it is lulzy. I'm only posting frequently right now because my project is moving slowly due to inefficiencies from the shutdown and I have **** else to do.

Anyway, real talk, I hang around a lot of engineer/finance/doctor women because I'm Indian and we have lots of family friends in those fields. If you're an engineer with the potential to make $200K at some point in your career, you'd check the box for all but the absolutely most materialistic Indian/Asian people I know. And quite frankly, you don't want to be around the Indians/Asians that would look down on you for making $200K, no matter how attractive she is, because these are the type of women that are super competitive/jealous and will never be happy no matter what. Off-hand, I can think of a couple of dudes in our family friend group that went to T20 MBAs and have solid, but not incredible jobs in finance (i.e. not MBB consulting/IB) that are married to a cardiologist and internal med doc.

As long as you're not a deadbeat and have other things going for you (i.e. personality/looks), you won't strike out with these upper middle class girls. The fact that I'm intelligent and can keep up with them from that standpoint, even though I'm not as highly paid as them, also helps a lot. MBB is tough dawg. You'll get paid well when you get there, but I want absolutely no part of 60 billable hours a week + 100% travel just to make $300k in my 30s.
