I dont believe in PFS, its just irrational to believe you can still get sides after stopping medication but the only benefit you were getting from it goes away.

Was expecting much worse, the reaper came for ME op. If you want to be safe just take some Finasteride now and you’ll have nothing to worry about.

I still have a lot of hair but the crown of my head is thinning I’m now playing catch up.

Wanna see how I progress for a year on Fin before I add minoxidil. If and when I’ll be sure to use a dermapen for maximal efficacy with the minoxidil

Start taking 1mg finasteride every day and your hair will stay exactly how it is now for as long as you do. My hair looks awesome now(~after 8ish years on it), but I’m like NW2(maybe a bit under) and I really wish I’d started fin like a year or two earlier.

I might get a small hair transplant at some point in the future on a trip to Turkey.

They check you hair folicles with a camera, she showed me the ones miniaturizing and the ones with dermatitis.
She said its normal to have a certain degree of miniaturization per area of scalp, but if this miniaturization percentage per area is excessive, then MPB is going on.

My advice, avoid oral AA's like fina and duta and try topicals first.

I always tought i didnt have the MPB Gene, but then i started shedding like a golden retriever and it has been going on for about a year so thats why i went to get it checked.

its a really early stage of MPB so thats why is not noticeable yet but i would say thats the biggest mistake most bros do, waiting until a lot of hair is gone to actually do something.

Yeah but its only noticeable to yourself and if you start taking precautions/ medicine/ topicals- pretty sure you are good for 5 years, by then there would be a cure 4 sure
