Probably has more to do with next to no physical activity while you had covid.
Being a couch potato for a month or two can kill your cardio.
I didn't do any cardio for a month before covid and a month after. First two weeks back were rough but now it is feeling a lot better.

I don't expect it to be this way for long. With everything being a clusterfuk, if an athlete is not feeling 100% it might not be that noticeable with all the other chaos going on. Is there any sport actively going on right now? Games are where max effort is exerted, and chit would definitely be noticed there.

But no dudes, some NBA players had it and are fine now, so yeah, its a HOAX.

"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

You might of actually had an early case of Covid as we know the virus has been around for longer than previously thought and we know it isn't seasonal like flu.
It could of just been flu but it's very rare due to the flu virus' susceptibility to warmer temperatures.

The cough wasn’t that bad, what was bad was the fever. I almost went to the ER for a fever which is something I have never even considered my whole life.
What was bad was the lasting effect it had on my brain. I started developing weird random panic attacks and depression symptoms which is something I’ve never had. I also had this horrible pressure in my head for 2 months, and this mental fatigue. During the first month I had a hard time even speaking to people or writing an email (dead srs). I was dizzy and lightheaded all the time, and I just felt off. I also kept getting these low grade fevers two more times and sore throats out of nowhere. Like a dumbass I just kept telling myself “It’ll go away”
Since I’ve never really been sick my whole life I never went to doc but I wish I had gone. Thankfully im 80% now after 5 months.... yeah 80%
As far as the lungs go they’re better than ever, but my brain isn’t.
I don’t support these lockdowns but that is because this virus is too far gone to be contained. Many people got their life’s work to lose and these lockdowns are ****ing pointless if you got *******s protesting.

This makes me feel even more like I had COVID from Dec-Feb for 6 weeks
Was never that sick in my life. Around 3 weeks in I started to feel a little better so I tried going to the gym. Could not do anything at all without having to gasp for air after. Started getting worse and sickness lasted another 3 weeks.
When I was finally better it was still slow getting back in the gym and gaining back my stamina. Haven’t lifted in awhile though since now I’m dealing with a shoulder injury

Check out this Miscer, in hospital for 6 weeks and lost all his gains. Muscle loss might be the most frightening symptom of this disease for those on the Misc. Went from bearded alpha to soy boy in no time!

Also I would buy an incentive spirometer and look up how to use it. It will help. Also take as deep of breathes as you can and hold them for a few seconds a few times an hr to prevent atelectasis

Gonna get tested today or tomorrow. Feeling this sleepiness or just not being 100% since last Sunday. Went to the gym and after every set had to take a breather. Other than the sleepiness there are no other symptoms for me so could be just a random virus. Throat is fine, no headaches, no fever, no diarrhoea, no muscle aches, no pain behind eyes, no rash, no loss of taste. Just perpetually tired. Got blood tests done and everything is 100% sweet so can't think of anything else but the Roniez.

That's fuked, OP. I remember paying attention to your original thread. I guess we all don't really know what long-term symptoms are, but here's to hoping you're able to make a full recovery down the line.

Overblown by media hype? Probably. I get the sense even the 'experts' are divided and unsure, and that all of these precautions are just measures put in place to placate the masses and give off the illusion that we're doing something about it. That's better than saying we don't know WTF is happening and causing mass panic like toilet paper hoarding 2.0

Sorry to hear that op, I hope you recover. This whole covid situation has been a total **** show. Media and politicians should have warned people about long term effects like I did back in February. Tens of million of americans will have long lasting or permanent effects, and they weren´t told about it. Idiots in this world have underestimated this entire thing, and it´s all part of thd NWO plan to make people sterile and damaged.
Many people have symptoms for many months, many. It will be the norm, rather than the exception, especially after they get infected a second time, a third time, or a 4th time.
SARS survivors can´t live a normal life years later. It turned into a chronic disease, and in many cases it got worse over the years, not better. Both SARS and the new coronavirus aka SARS 2, can do permanent damage to the brain and other organs. This is a fact, and anyone with a brain should know this. Some will do fine, but others will literally have brain and nerve damage.
