what else should i be doing with my time? I only watch a hour of TV a day. I don't really drink so i am not out at a bar. I travel for work so (during non covid times) i am in a hotel 2-3 nights a week. Why not go run, or ride a bike, or hit the gym?

edit, i also have 4 wheelers, dirt bikes and other offroad stuff, so i do spend some time doing non athletic things. I like to be up moving. i have massive amounts of free time, why just sit on the couch?

What kind of empty life must op have to focus on what others do in their spare time?
Why do you care?

Its probably irrelevant that they go 6 days a week.

Whats holding them back is that they don't make lifting their life, they leave the gym at the gym, meaning their lifestyle probably sucks.

Isnt getting some excercise in better than none?
Most people work all their lives 5 days a week for 8 hours a day and are still not financially successful

lol people acting like they are executing hostile corporate takeovers and curing cancer instead of "wasting time at the gym 6 days a week"

Reality is you are being a netflixcel, fapping, miscing, and rotting away at home instead of catching a juicy pump boyo

Re: Conversation ITT about how plans get set up; 2x frequency per muscle group per week as a natural lifter is probably the closest you can get to optimal. However you do that is up to you. Be it doing it in 3-6 days, it's personal preference and figuring out how to properly program that. However, I would always say that spending 5-6 days in the gym would always trump spending 3 days in the gym for anybody who isn't active outside of the gym.

If you're just going to go home and get one extra hour to watch netflix, sit on the couch, or play video games... Might as well program the extra 2-3 days. It's only 45-60 minutes. Unless you absolutely hate the gym, in which case, do you.

Dude I think about that every time somebody rolls up with big hate energy. It's like, why pull the crabs back into the bucket, when you could all be free?

Yeah I mean unless you hate the gym, I feel like a six day PPL split was always the best set up when I was natty.

PPL or PPL/UL (when I knew I'd go away for the weekend) was where I saw the best results as a natural.

Now that I'm not, I've been exploring different set ups.

I think you vastly oversimplify the subject to a great extent. Beyond that you have called out two posters without posting pics of your own physique, which is normally a pretty large misc ******* move srs

Afraid Samraiwise is going to expose you again for using another instagram fitness models pics?

You literally have no leg to stand on lmao because around these forums, you will always be known for being that one guy who frauded another guys pics just to have some semblance of gratification of 'imaginary lifting' and these reps you talking about, you're literally one neg away from being back into red so I'm not entirely sure how you've come to that conclusion

Silencespeaks is literally only taking your side because 'he' has a grudge against Jk202 and any actual lifter because he's probably been mogged in reality by lifters in general or that 'it' was turned down by actual lifters when in the dating scene. Who the fuk knows at this point

For some it’s just an outlet to do something. I know for me it was part of just having something to do. But if I wasn’t making gains it would be hard to keep coming back. Feel bad for those that are there for so many years and look the exact same.

of course its better yes, but I'm saying it would make more sense to cut down to 3 or 4 days. People ITT are doing 7 days a week.

Not the same analogy, with working you get the benefit of money, if you work overtime you are paid mroe, you are genuinely reaping valuable benefits. With lifting 7 days a week you're not getting any real benefit

You don't understand programming. i.e the relationship between frequency, volume, and intensity.

You can train as many days a week as you want, as long as you program it appropriately.

Cut back to four days and do better lifts and better programming. Like upper/lower/upper/lower and vary your lifts and include more compounds. You will get way better results in 4 days like that.

Also why are your calories so extremely low? I’m a small female and maintain at 2000. And why are they so precise at 1380? Instead of 1400? None of this makes sense.
This tbh, none of it makes sense. Curls before pull-ups? Flyes with the same weight as presses? Wut
