Some Cartels are dicks that like to fuk with people. My friend tells me of how the cartel in his town would sometimes pull up behind some random car & start honking & basically being annoying. If the person hops out of the car they would beat them up or shoot them. If the person just stays there & ignores the trolling they would give them money srs. Some of these guys play these little F'd up games

The whooe myth about the "good" cartels that don't terrorize civilians is just a myth. In reality they all kill and torture when it suits them. The one on the video rutinely kidnaps young men in rural towns to fill up the rank of their cannon fodder troops.

Theyre' dehumanized monsters. Imagine if your life consisted on doing meth/blow and killing dismembering rivals all day long. Those poeple have been desentizsed to the point of no return.
