The complete lack of using this ‘crisis’ as an opportunity to better address individual health is mind boggling.

I don’t wear a mask unless forced for that very reason.

Yea in a month it’s time for the masks to come off if they’ve already been mandated for a while. Civil disobedience may be the only language understood at this point

Just paid to renew the membership for my entire family for the year. If you have deep pockets do the right thing and keep your local gym open.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

It would be even worse if you were there to do cardio.
Fuk it. Get a bike and go outside, start jogging and do cardio without a mask.
Feel bad for anyone running a gym right now.
I'm glad I've always been home gym crew.
This.

I had always considered opening my own gym in the future but fuk that now, if the government is just going to nuke my whole business at the drop of a hat, it's not worth the risk.

Just lol at starting any brick and mortar business.

Eh honestly if there were more smaller specialty gyms I don’t see a problem. These big globo gyms will get hit hard tho.
ok

Just wait until everything is back open again, food is more readily available, people start drinking, going out, etc. They will be back... they always come back...
