Not a huge fan of the guys who wear cups, tbh. I consider it borderline poor manners because those things can inflict some serious pain if jammed against you during certain positions and movements. But then, I do also have sympathy for the people getting kneed in the nuts during knee slice passes, so I guess it goes both ways. My gym doesn't encourage cup-wearing. though!
