I still remember the first time I saw a pic of Zyzz when I was 17/18. Was absolutely mind-blown and beyond intrigued as to how the hell he achieved his physique. Like JBW said in his condolences vid to Zyzz, I was just thinking "holy chit this dude is awesome. I've never seen anything like this". Let's be honest, this is how most of us probably felt about him at a younger & impressionable age.

Obviously this didn't go on forever but he undeniably had a big impact on my life and so many others. Even to this day he still has probably the most uniquely good look & cheeky personality to him that the fitness world has seen. Also introduced me to house/trance which is still my favorite music. It's easy to see why his legacy lives on and I always lol at the "omg it's been X years since he died why are we still talking about him" comments. RIP Zyzz brah!

he was really ahead of his time. Working out before it was cool, before working out was something homos just did. He pretty much started the aesthetic era for men. Those lip syncing tik-tok style videos all the way back in like 2008. Making up his own dance movies, again.. only homos danced before zyzz.

Really weird why he would go to Thailand by himself, I wish we knew what really happened

I could see suicide.. He starts off as a nerdy loser, becomes everything he dreamed of with the physique and girls but somehow still has a hole inside of him which he realises now he can't fill, while he still has to play the cocky bulletproof guy to his friends and fans. The internal sadness grows and while on drugs he succumbs to it

Yall don't remember Chestbrah was just as big as Zyzz at the time. Some say he had a better phsyique and his trolling was just as good, just different.

wasnt suicide chestbrah alluded to perhaps foul play, but I think he would say if he killed himself, CB was gonna talk more about it but decided not to.

I don't think his death needs to be mysterious. He had a heart defect, which kills alot of perfectly healthy people his age and younger who don't use any drugs.

No, it doesn't. It is extremely rare for a 21 year old to drop dead, you'll never see it.

He died of an infarction that was brought on by heavy drug use, heart defects don't potentially pose a problem until much later on in life when cholesterol has had time to build up, causing enough strain to make the defect apparent. Most people never know they have one and they're not uncommon.

If he hadn't of been abusing illegal drugs + heavy doses of OJ he would still be alive today. So would George Floyd for that matter.

I intermittently hear about chd deaths in random teens across the country, and that's without ever searching explicitly for it. Whenever you hear about some kid who passed out dead at football practice, they often find was congenital heart disease.

I don't have to pull out my own anecdotes about people who blast all the same drugs and live into their 60s-70s do I.
