I will definitely concede this point. Its not what you know, its who you know. If management is white they are more likely to hook up friends and relatives they grew up around.

If the people they grew up around were white middle class and if a race is particularly of a lower class (managers being middle class) they will hook their people up.

I am always pro merit and anti racist so I hate on affirmative action but I believe your point to be correct in a way. Good point my dude.

So hire them based on the color of their skin, not whether or not they're properly qualified? That is more racist in itself than ever. Along with dangerous. They have 737's falling out of the sky, billions in debt, and they're worried about hiring the correct number of people with black/dark skin aka Negroid.

I check other, it doesn't qualify for anything. I am not sure how you think being white is the only thing that doesn't get you benefits ( not counting under the table). I don't get any benefits for my race/s including under the table (white hiring person usually more comfortable with other whites) . I am sure lots of whites don't get under the table benefits either.

There's not even that many black people in WA state. I guess they have the Carolina plants but if they mean 20% of all employees will be black they're going to have a tough time filling that quota considering black people only account for 13.4% of the US.
