I wouldn't even consider this impressive, its just respectable. Steroids helps your strength gains a hell of a lot, thats what these skinny misc twinks dont realize. Ive seen people go from 245 to 385 bench in no time
Again is that like immediately, or does it maybe take some time??

I back squat a few times a year, I'm pretty okay with "respectable" 🤷‍♂️

i dont know when you did your cycle bro or other details, but obviously after 12 weeks and following you're gonna see big strength gains. This was a disgusting looking 485, so it's really nothing to write home about

ITT more non-avi miscers and twinks claiming how they lift more than OP who posts video evidence.

Good job OP, that's a nice milestone!

A. No it didn't.

B. The rule in most federations is that the bar may not move in the wrong direction. I don't know how many powerlifting meets you've attended and/or competed in, but I highly doubt it's as many as I have. I've seen lifts like that given three white lights every single time, hundreds of times. Again, minus the blocks, of course.

It was actually 505 that's a squat bar in disguise. 55+(45*10)=505 + ramps = quads ripped from body.
