That's a pretty clear indicator that you plan to freeroll the bet; that is, if you win, you'll expect him to show up and pay, and if you lose - you're out nothing except one of your alts online with your VPN.

I would easily take this bet and get free money if this was a real deal and not OP just frauding. I would then turn around and go to a real betting site like Bovada, where Trump is +110, and put $10k on Trump. So the two scenarios would be

Bet 10k on Biden with OP
Bet 10k on Trump on Bovada

Scenario 1: Biden wins = make 15k from OP, lose 10k on Bovada = Won $5k
Scenario 2: Trump wins= lose 10k to OP, make 11k on Bovada = Win $1k

I would take this scenario in a heartbeat. I would never meet any of you psycopaths in real life though so this is just hypotheticals.
