The main goal of any discussion about circumcision should be to make sure that people stop doing it to their sons. Insulting them for something that they had no control over is not the way to convince them, you're just going to close off their mind and induce a massive dose of cognitive dissonance.

All good parents strive to ensure that their children have it better than they do. Stopping doctors from cutting off part of your son's dick is pretty much the definition of that. Targeting that angle actually helps prevent future dick cutting, and doesn't challenge fathers on their own penises (which unsurprisingly can trigger an emotional response).
