It's really how you take care of yourself. There's some older women who look incredible and there's some older guys who age horribly. Taking care of yourself + genetics makes a huge difference

Had a babyface in my 20s. It's evolved in my 30s into a more masculine face. Lifting has helped quite a bit with this, but I've been lifting for years.

Looked 10x better at 35 than 25 crew. Srs.

Still Brad Pitt looked better when he was younger. I don't see the point of these threads. Most people look better when they are younger. I just look at old pics and cringe lol.
