Europe mogs now because of the reformation and secularism. They're no longer bogged down by edicts from kiddie fiddlers in the church telling them what to do. Middle east is still stuck in the middle ages, fighting over who the rightful caliph was following Muhammad's death.

Where in Islam does it even mention it's about a particular race? Rather, Allah doesn't care about your race or color.
