The vast majority of people would dramatically improve their physique with the addition ofproperlyperformed squats to their routine. That's just a fact.

You talk some chit tho for somebody that supposedly squats this much, you'd think somebody like that would know better.

Good for developing glutes I suppose, although so are other exercises
I like how you won't post your shirtless physique tho, with all these claims about NEEDING squats/deadlifts to have a good physique lol

You've tried to show pictures of guys like dan green and Kirk K who, although LEAN, are not aesthetic to most people (Too blocky, big waist, lack of taper, legs too big, short)
When people suggest that training for strength is not ideal from an aesthetics perspective, you deflect
Not a good luck

Aesthetics is literally completely subjective. If you want to get right down to it, the entire aesthetics discussion is irrelevant.

Squats, hack squats, and leg press always seemed to be more than enough for me.
Unless you do them for knee health, leg extensions seem pretty fuking useless.

leg extension is a new thing to me, used to never do them, I just stared doing 4 x sets of 15 at the end of a lower body session, it's a good way to hit the medial part of the quad..my knee feel fine so far

i won't lie squatting for the last few years have built my lower body really well, but I think the focus for me now has changed so i'm happy to focus on hypertrophy

I <3 squatting because no other lift taxes the CNS like back squats
A single max pull(s) sometimes gets me there but not near as consistently as heavy squatting
If they could bottle up the feeling after a big squat day I could probably quit the gym altogether
And fwiw, the only times I've injured myself it has been with sub maximal loads, <50% warm-ups, speed/rep work etc
