You probably have never had properly made pizza or fish.

East coast pizza is the best and other places I'm had it, they don't have Italians making it, so it is not good.

If the breading is seasoned well, the fish is very good.

There's a trick to frying, if you have the right temp, it seals the meat inside very quickly, so the coating is very crisp and there isn't a lot of grease absorbed.

That's how you can fry things and not end up with unhealthy food.

For all of those knocking Fish and Chips with mushy peas, take the trip out to the UK and while there get some. It's not some like ass american fishstick or fried fish we get here, it's totally different. Don't knock it til you try it srs. Then even try it when you're plastered as fuk, it's unreal.
