I heard about this and I figured the possibility could be out there for a mistrial, but with the ease of a verdict and amount of evidence presented, I think it would be extremely hard for anyone to find him not guilty. 11 out of the 12 people went in already thinking he was guilty, and they needed to only convince one person who wasn't sure, but at no point did any of the 12 jurors think he was not guilty. I think if you had this trial again and again and again, you'd get the same result.

you are either trolling or a woke idiot. How can you possibly ascertain that from OP's post? typical left/BLM/SJW tactic... take what someone says, completely misinterpret their statement and accuse them of being racist.

The juror was straight up asked if he went to any demonstrations and LIED. Jury should be IMPARTIAL

Probably will be a mistrial. Just a waste of tax dollars as he will be convicted again. Don't understand why do many *******s are concerned with who the jury was. There is a 10 minute video that's pretty hard to deny.

Wow... You graduate hs? If you were on trial for ANYTHING wouldn't you want a fair and impartial jury? That's why it matters who the jury is and they go through a selection process. No one is doubting the video and that he is guilty, but based on our justice system, he can get the mistrial

During jury selection, Mr. Mitchell had been given a questionnaire to fill out with two questions about BLM protests. The first asked, “Did you, or someone close to you, participate in any of the demonstrations or marches against police brutality that took place in Minneapolis after George Floyd’s death?” The second was, “Other than what you have already described above, have you, or anyone close to you, participated in protests about police use of force or police brutality?”

Mr. Mitchell answered “No” to both questions. Under direct questioning, he said that he had a “very favorable” opinion of Black Lives Matter, but that he did not consider it to be either an organization or a movement. He defined BLM as “a statement.”

In a recent interview with the Star Tribune, Mr. Mitchell claimed that he did not remember owning or wearing the BLM shirt, and said that the event he wore it at was “100 percent not” a march for George Floyd. Although the march was held on the 57th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech, Al Sharpton was one of the organizers, and it was called the Get Your Knee Off Our Necks! Rally. Floyd’s brother and sister were speakers, as were family members of others who have been shot by police.
The mental gymnastics you have to go through to pretend that there shouldn’t be a mistrial is shameful.

Acting like perjury is okay in light of Chauvin being a dikk is as incoherent a thought pattern as that thread a few weeks back where some Miscer thought he could fight a speeding ticket because someone else was going faster.

I’m sure that’s what Jon Adam’s friends said when he defended the redcoats in the Boston massacre.

Our country isn’t based on mob rule. It’s based on law. So yes, if you think something unjust is done to someone no matter how bad they are you stand up for it.

Quite possibly the worst post I have ever seen on this site, and that's saying something. Whether you agree or disagree with a defendant's actions in the case they are being tried for, they should be given a fair trial. In this case, Chauvin (whether you think he's guilty or not) deserves a fair process like everyone else. It doesn't matter if it's a waste of "tax dollars."

Wish I had not learned this. It was corrupted and tainted from the start anyway. Jurors pressured to vote one way, pressure and fear of more violence and murders, absolutely one-sided media making any juror impossibly impartial and "experts" being fished. He was never going to get a a sentence proportionate to the crime. It's only an outrage if it's against the agenda.

Holy chit when did this happen? Or do you mean this hypothetically?

Do we have any Militia groups anymore (That aren't made up entirely of FEDS creating terrorist plots using mentally retarded people only to break up the plot THEY created in the first place to claim credit)

On top of that do we have WHITE militia groups? If so....where can I join?

In summary: White Militia groups stormed the capital? That's awesome. Surely there was mass destruction and death. What was the body count? What kind of weapons were used on both sides? Tactics?

I'm a big fan of history!
