That sucks. Lot of the retards in my graduating year (Engineering too) got jobs. You need to tell a little more white lies in your interview. srs. I didn't but if I did I would have been in a position i actually wanted. also srs

It's a numbers game. Anyone can get a decent job if they put out enough resumes.

this, your resume and application got to make it look like you walk on water, esp these days and esp applying to larger companies. HR and computers filter out your chit before hiring manager even sees it. this has made the new strategy of inflated resumes. you need a retard in HR to be able to think you can do the job and they have no idea about anything so you pack your resume and application with technical jargon and anything on the job description you put on your resume so the retard in HR and computer can match them up and realize you could do the job.

the company will tell their white lies to you about future opportunities, how great it is to work for them all that chit. its a game.
