Prosecutors already have an advantage, when they indict someone they are likely to get a conviction.

That wasn't enough though, the prosecutor knew he could not convict Cosby without misconduct.

Prosecutors have absolute immunity so I don't expect him to pay or apologize.

Bill said he'd do the whole bid before he admitted to raping her and he said he damn sure ain't apologizing to her.

Sounds like something an innocent man would do.

The man is 80 and said he'd take the whole bid.
I think you don't quite understand what is happening here, and you are just kinda letting your own opinions drive your thoughts. I'll try to explain one more time, but probably doesn't make sense for me to engage any more.

- You steal something
- 50+ witnesses saw you steal and can identify you with 100% certainty
- Cop arrests you, locks you in a shed, and beats the chit out of you until you make a taped confession
- Trial happens and jury weighs evidence and finds, given your confession and the 50+ witnesses, that you did in fact steal something
- Appellate court says "even though stealing is bad, what the cop did is so much worse from a utilitarian standpoint that we are overturning the conviction to send a message to cops not to beat ppl"
- This doesn't mean you didn't steal - you still definitely stole. It just means that our due process rights are more important than whatever it is you stole, and so the court took an extreme measure to send a message that we are very very serious about due process
- You still stole, you are just being let off for the greater good

This is what happened to Cosby just now, mutatis mutandis. This isn't hard to understand.

Feeling is mutual.

I'm comfortable leaving it here.

We can let the forum decide who they think is right and who they think is wrong(hint: you're wrong), the SC already sided with me.

lol.

Look man, I have provided you everything you need.

I'm not about to take out a spoon and fly a plane into your mouth.

One last point on this topic.

Americans are innocent until proven guilty.

If the courts say Bill has not been convicted fairly, then he is an innocent man.

They don't have to say he's innocent, they just have to say that they can't prove him guilty.

He's a self-admitted rapist. It's not really up for debate.
